| Abstract: | This paper analyses the current of youathful teachers in institutions of higherlearning. It is pointed out that the most important way to bring up a qualified person who can contribute tosociety among this century and next century is to stabillze and swell the ranks of the youthful teachers.Themeasures about it also presented here. |
