| 摘 要： | 开发是当代社会的主题.但是,自早期的工业社会到如今的早期知识经济时代,"开发"的内涵、内容、对象和形式不可避免地会发生变化.就这一问题,从"开发"的词义、基本内涵着手,分析知识经济时代要求"开发"的对象、形式及内涵必然做的某些调整、增加和变更,便具有一定的现实意义和理论价值.
