| 摘 要： | 为进一步做好辽宁省对外招商引资工作，实现对外招商引资工作新的突破，促进辽宁省经济社会又好又快发展，结合多年来的实际工作经验，对辽宁省招商引资工作现状进行分析，指出存在的问题，提出创新和改进招商工作方式、研究地区产业布局和国家利用外资政策、研究重点目标国家和地区、转变政府职能增强服务意识、改变地区政府部门的工作状态、培养过硬的招商队伍等意见和建议。
