| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的进一步加深，金融危机向实体经济蔓延，企业生存环境面临空前压力，市场对会计人才的素质要求正在发生着深刻的变化，会计人才就业形势异常严峻，传统的会计教育受到了极大的冲击。会计本科教育是会计人才培养的核心，如何厘定办学定位，明确培养目标，优化课程结构，突出应用能力，提升创新能力，培养适销对路的会计人才，是会计人才的根本出路，也是会计专业生存与发展的关键。
