流动人口对居住地社会事业资源的需求及满意度分析——以上海为例

通过对上海市外来流动人口对居住地社会事业资源的需求及满意度调查,并与本地居民进行比较分析发现,外来人口对居住地社会事业资源使用情况较差、需求较高、满意度较低。据此提出消除户籍障碍,加大政府财政投入,构建需求导向型的社会事业资源供给模式等建议,使流动人口平等享受居住地社会事业资源,从而提高流动人口社会融合水平。

Floating Population's Demand for and Satisfaction of Local Social Undertaking Wealth——A Case Study from Shanghai

Based on the data collected in investigations in shanghai,the paper analysed the city′s floating population′s demand for and satisfaction of social undertaking wealth,compared with local residents.The findings show that the immigrants′ usage of the social undertakings is inferior,so their demand is high while satisfaction is low.It hence suggests eliminating obstacles from hukou registration,increasing government financial investment,and building a demand-oriented supplying mode,so that the population can have equal access to share the resources,and the level of social integration of migrants can be promoted.
