| 摘 要： | 新医改要求做好农村与城镇居民医疗保险制度的统筹。通过对镇江、常熟、襄汾、重庆等地试点工作的分析,指出城乡医疗保障制度的衔接与地区经济发展水平、户籍制度改革和管理机构效率等有很大关系,各地应该积极探索合适的城乡统筹医保模式,精简机构,明确权责,大力发展当地经济,确保城乡居民医保统一运作,从而完善我国医疗保障制度。
