摘    要:乏燃料后处理厂的核安保事件关系到居民生命和国家安全。文章将安全系统工程的方法运用到监测系统中,研究安保事件发生后的事件严重程度,建立后处理厂核安保事件的实测系统和演练系统。研究成果为乏燃料后处理厂核安保的应急人员的行动提供依据与参考。

Abstract:Nuclear security incidents in spent fuel post-processing plants concern residents'' lives and national security.This paper applies the method of safety system engineering to the monitoring system, studies the severity of events after security events, and establishes the actual measurement system and drill system of postprocessing plant nuclear security events.The research results provide the basis and reference for the action of emergency personnel for nuclear security after spent fuel.
