| 摘 要： | 跨国公司对中国的投资对中国产业内贸易的发展产生的正面影响包括:使中国经济加速融入世界分工体系;扩大了中国对外贸易规模。同时,这种投资也产生了巨大的负面影响:这种投资主要增加中国的加工贸易出口,其获得的附加值底下,使中国处于国际分工链条的末端,经济地位难以提高;耗费大量的生产资源,而技术、管理要素投入较少。同时提出这种“产业内贸易”并非中国产业结构优化的自然结果,而来自外部影响,对此应有清醒认识。

| Abstract: | The FDI of multinational corporation on China's intra-industry trade has both positive and negative effects in China.The positive effects are fastening the division of China in the world and improving the total foreign trade.The negative effects include making the economic status difficult to rise and wasting the natural resources. |
