| 摘 要： | 加强素质教育,培养创新性人才,关键在教师。教师要转变教育观念、确立新的教育模式和教育方法;要加强自我教育意识和自我教育能力的培养。在教学过程中,注意构建以"学生为中心"的教学模式,积极引导学生主动学习、探究发现、合作交流,并建立起适应学生发展的民主、平等、融洽、开放的师生关系。

| Abstract: | Teachers are the key factors in strengthening whole education and fostering creative talents. So they should change the old conception of education, adopt modern mode and method of teaching. Furthermore, great attention should be paid to develop their own self teaching ideology and ability. Student-centered mode should be constructed in class so as to stimulate students and maintain democratic and equal relationships between teachers and students. |
