| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来。国内学界以唯物史现为理论指南，带着强烈的现实关怀，重视比较研究的方法，对中古英国宪政史进行了日益深入的研究，在宪政制度、“宪政王权”与宪政文化等方面取得了可喜的成果，但仍存在严重不足。

| Abstract: | Since Reform and Opening-up, academic circle have studied constitutional history of Medieval England deeply in China. Except for held the guidance of Historical Materialism and concerned with realistic society, we emphasized comparative research method and made encouraging achievements in many fields such as constitutional system, ＂constitutional monarchy＂ and constitutional culture. However, there are serious shortcomings in our researches. |
