活性氧化钙含量企业标准测定方法的研究

根据企业客户对活性氧化钙产品的质量要求,对生产活性氧化钙产品的原料成分与含量进行了分析;并在探讨活性氧化钙产品理化指标和测定方法国家标准的基础上,提出了活性氧化钙快速测定方法的企业标准。通过国家标准测定方法与企业标准测定方法的对比实验,结果发现：国家标准测定方法中,使用少许钙指示剂,标定时,溶液由红色变为亮蓝色为终点,但终点突跃不明显,需要做3次重复实验;而企业标准测定中,以CMP作为指示剂,标定时,溶液绿色荧光消失并呈现红色为终点,且终点突跃明显,只需标定1次即可。因此,企业标准测定方法既简单又便于观测,且化验数据可靠,更便于在线生产时的质量跟踪。

Enterprise Standard Determination Method of the Content of Active Calcium Oxide

According to the quality requirements of enterprise customers for the products of active calcium oxide,raw material composition and content of the products of them are analyzed.Based on the national standard for physical and chemical indicators and determination method of Active Calcium Oxide,an enterprise standard is put forward.Comparison experiments show that the determination method of enterprise standard only requires one time of standardization,and the end point changes obviously,which is different from the national standard that requires three times of standardization,and the end point changes indistinctly.Therefore,enterprise standard determination method is simple as well as convenient for observation,and the test data is reliable,and more convenient for online monitoring.
