| 摘 要： | 抗日战争的胜利给中国现代化的发展带来了重新起步的又一次历史机遇,民主和平抑或专制独裁成为中国两大政治威权的不同价值取向,重庆谈判、政协会议相继召开为政治民主化进程展现了新图景,但南京国民政府一意孤行使得和平民主的希望化为泡影,进而迟滞了中国现代化的历史进程.

| Abstract: | The victory of Anti-Japanese War provided China a good chance to construct modern society. A strong democratic stream boomed in China because Chinese people wanted to live a peace life. China stood at the cross of the history again. The two authority parties did not agree about what kind of state system China would choose, the decision that Nanjing Government adopted frustrated china's democratization process. |
