公务员挫折的类型及其原因探析

摘    要:挫折是公务员中普遍存在的心理现象,主要有事业型、生活型、人际关系型、罪错型、心源型挫折五种类型。挫折的原因主要是公务员所在的组织因素与公务员本人因素两方面,因此,预防与战胜挫折,也应从组织与个人两方面入手。

Abstract:There exists a general psychological status of setbacks among government functionaries, the kinds of which include those of career, daily life, relationship with others, crimes or mistakes or psychological sources.The origin of setbacks is caused from the units where they work on the one hand, or from the civil officials themselves on the other. Therefore, it is the units and the officials themselves that should be taken into account to prevent and overcome those setbacks.
