| 摘 要： | 中国软件产业基本上是由中小软件企业构成的。发展中国软件产业,要高度重视中小软件企业的生存与发展。就软件企业内部来说,要抓技术创新,要积极开拓国内外软件市场;同时,在宏观政策上,应给予它宽松的外部环境。着重分析了我国中小软件企业的现状及其存在的主要问题,同时提出了加强技术创新等建议。
