| 摘 要： | 目前投资是拉动我国经济增长的主要动力,但是在投资规模与投资结构方面还存在投资规模增长过快、投资缺乏消费增长支持、投资效益不高、投资结构失衡等问题,我们应从理顺地方政府职能,加快投资体制、金融体制改革以及充分利用国家宏观调控手段等方面来着手进行调整.

| Abstract: | The major motive force of economic growth is investment,but there are also some problems in investment scales and investment structures,for examples:a very fast investment scale growth,an investment of being short of backing of consumption,of structure imbalance,and so on.We should rationalize the functions of the local governments,accelerate the reform of investment systems and financial systems,and we must make use of the macro-control policies. |
