海权概念的系统解读与中国海权的三维分析

Sea power can be divided into narrow - sensed and broad - sensed sea power. Broad - sensed sea power is a system of conceptions,including the concept level of sea power, strategic level of sea power, the fight level of sea power, the power level of sea power, the interest levels of sea power. From the perspective of political science, sea power includes, marine power, marine fight and marine interest. Studying China＇ s sea power may be made from the logic dimensions, historical dimensions, and realistic dimensions. China＇ s sea power in the form can be expressed as the maintenance of maritime rights, but in essense should be expressed as the maintaince of marine interest. Whether we can achieve it all depends on whether we possess strong sea power, and the criterion for measuring the strength of sea power is whether we can have a strong sea power and air power.
