| 摘 要： | 要实现我党十六大全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,必须不断创新。因为创新是党和国家在全面建设小康社会中确葆机和活力的源泉;在全面建设小康社会实践基础上的理论创新是中国社会进一步发展和变革的先导;而积极通过理论创新能推动全面建设小康的实践创新;领导干部与公民都要在全面建设小康社会的过程中成为勇于创新和善于创新的典范。

| Abstract: | In order to attain the objectives set at the 16th National Congress of the CPC for building a well-off society in an all-round way,it is imperative to constantly make innovations.It is because innovation sustains the progress of a nation.Innovation constitutes an inexhaustible motive force for the property of a country.And innovation becomes the source of the eternal vitality of the Party and state in building a well-off society in an all-round way.Theoretical innovation based on the practice of building a well-off society precedes social development and changes in China.We must bring forth new ideas in the practice of building a well-off society through theorectical innovation,and all of us should play an exemplary role in making innovations. |
