| 摘 要： | 在后现代主义文学视域下,从主题、形象、情节三个方面详细剖析文本中的不确定性。库切以不确定的后现代主义创作手法铸就了鲜明的讽喻利器,置疑帝国＂逻各斯中心＂形而上学的神话,进而得出帝国自我瓦解的必然性,被殖民者重获命名之权。

| Abstract: | In light of Postmodern theories,the theme,characterization and plot of Waiting for the Barbarians are investigated to discuss the indeterminacy therein.By adopting the postmodernist approach of indeterminacy,Coetzee devises a sharp allegorical tool to dispute the empire＇s Logocentric metaphysical myth,highlighting the inevitability of the Empire＇s self-disintegration and the due gain of their rights to Name by the colonized. |
