浅谈大学生弱势群体教育管理中的人文关怀

大学生弱势群体教育管理是新时期高校学生教育管理工作的新内容。通过大学生弱势群体概念的阐述,鲜明地提出教育管理中的人文关怀问题,并就其在思想教育管理中的价值和意义进行了讨论,主张在不断完善教育管理制度的基础上,建立相应的人文关怀价值体系,既注意教育管理方式的人性化疏导,又注重教育管理载体的拓展,在创新发展的过程中实现对大学生弱势群体教育管理的人文关怀。

On the Humanistic Care for the Vulnerable Group of College Students in Education and Management
