| 摘 要： | 立足于辽宁省的实际情况,分析了辽宁省老年人权益保障法治的现状和存在的问题,建议通过完善我国老年人权益保障立法的科学定位和老年人权益保障的具体实施细节,增强法律的可操作性,构建科学合理的辽宁省老龄法制体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the actual situation in Liaoning Province of the protection of rights and interests of the elderly,we probe into the status quo and problems in this respect in Liaoning Province.We proceed to put forward suggestions to solve them,including the scientific locationing of legislation in the discussed field,the making of concrete rules and regulations,the improvement of practicality of pertinent laws,and the formulation of reasonable legal system for the protection of elderly rights and interests in Liaoning Province. |
