| 摘 要： | 随着人口老龄化趋势的加快,养老保险基金支付进入了高峰期,养老保险基金收不抵支、资金短缺的现象日益突出。这一问题已经影响着我国养老保险制度的运行及其作用的发挥,严重制约了养老保险体制改革的进程。在分析养老保险基金收不抵支原因的基础上,对养老保险基金缺口进行一些对策探索。

| Abstract: | Along with the increasingly grievous aged population and the coming of the peak period of pension expenditure,the deficit risk of pension funds has become more and more prominent.This problem has already affected the functioning of domestic pension insurance system,hindering the reform therein.Probing into the reasons for the deficit in domestic pension insurance funds,this paper puts forward solutions to compensate for the fund gap. |
