| 摘 要： | 依附理论是产生于当代发展中国家，论述不发达与发达关系的一种理论学说。在分析依附理论发展的历史、主要观点的基础上，对依附理论的可取之处和缺陷作了初步的探讨。认为依附论理论提出并强化了发展中国家在政治独立后如何实现经济现代化问题，这是对国际政治经济学的重要贡献，但依附理论在自身理论体系构建与理论论证演绎过程中存在众多缺陷。

| Abstract: | Dependency theory, originated from the relationship between being developed and underdeveloped viewed from the developing countries, addresses the problem of how a developing eountry can realize economic modernization after her political independence. It is a great theoretical contribution to international political economics. However, there are many defects in its theoretical framework and purports. This paper probes into the history and main ideas of such a theory, and discusses its merits and demerits. |
