高等教育产品经营思想探析

摘    要:就高等教育的属性来看,既有公共性,又有私人性,属于准公共产品。通过公共产品的理论视角,分析高等教育这种特殊的准公共产品的经营,必须在政府的宏观调控下,进一步规范行为,以充分体现市场效能,最大限度地发挥各方面作用,弥补不足。

Abstract:The attribute of higher education embodies in publicity and privacy,which labels it as a quasi-public product.Hence from the perspective of public product,the paper analyzes the management of higher education as a special quasi-public product,which should be supervised by the government macro-control and further standardized,so as to fully play the role of market and make some compensation.
