| 摘 要： | 我国刑法对过失犯罪一般只规定了实害犯，而很少重视过失危险犯，而随着科技进步，社会生活中致险．源大大增多，在这个背景下，对过失危险犯的忽视已不能适应现代社会发展的需要。因此，应认真研究和借鉴外国刑法成熟的立法经验，对过失危险行为应当予以适度的犯罪化。

| Abstract: | China＇s criminal law has criminal provisions only for actual damage conducts, but not for involuntary dangerous conducts. However, potential damages in our daily life have greatly increased along with the development of science and technology. The neglect of potential damages is unable to meet the needs of social development. Therefore, we should study and learn from other countries＇ experience in criminal law legislation and consider involuntary dangerous conduct criminally. |
