| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，中国社会境域正面临结构转型与体制转轨的“双模式”变迁，即从传统农业社会向现代工业社会的结构转型及从计划经济向市场经济的体制转轨。这种社会转型与体制转轨，一方面铸就了中国经济神话；另一方面，也使得中国进入了一个高社会风险的发展阶段。为此，本文尝试引入“泰坦尼克定律”，并以此为向导，深入剖析中国转型期的社会风险相关表征及其成因；并沿此解释框架，探究转型期的社会风险规避路径，希冀对当前“风险社会学说”提供新的借鉴价值和思维模式。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening-up, China has been facing dual-mode transformation. While it changes from the traditional agricultural society to a modern industrial one, it is moving from a planned economy to the market economy. This social and institutional transformation has deified economy on the one hand and led China into a high risk stage of social development on the other. In light of this, the article introduces Titanic＇s Law for an in-depth analysis of characterization and causes of social risks in the transitional China, and discusses the avoidance of social risks, with the hope of providing a new reference and mode of thinking for the ＂risk society theory＂. |
