| 摘 要： | 《西游记》主题研究不能忽视其生死观内容，《西游记》主题悖论自觉或不自觉地自我解决是靠生死观解决的。这种对主题悖论的自觉或不自觉解决，造成了小说的消极面：“金丹大道”论之所以能够大行其道，就是由于上述情况造成的。其生死观或多或少也反映了取经队伍的价值取向的功利性，影响了《西游记》主题：取经历程的局限性；终极关怀的狭隘性。
