摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术对14 个品种冬小麦过氧化物酶(POD) 同工酶进行了研究,发现各品种冬小麦的POD 同工酶谱可明显分成A、B 两个区。其中13 个品种A 区有4 条带,一个品种A 区是6 条带。Rf 分别为0-05 和0-19 的2 条一级酶带是所有供试品种所共有的。B 区酶带少,且多为扩散带。Rf 值为0-26 的酶带与产量及农艺性状有关,有此酶带的品种返青率和理论产量显著高于无此带的品种;株高和穗长极显著高于无此酶带的品种

Abstract:POD isoenzymes of 14 varieties of winter wheats were isolated by PAGE. It was found that the zymogram of POD isoenzymes could be divided region A and region B. In region A, 13 varieties of winter wheats had 4 bands and one had 6 bands. There were two bands(Rf were 0.05 and 0.19 vespectivdly)which appeared in all varieties of winter wheats. In region B, there were a few bands,most of them were diffuse bands. The band (Rf was 0.26) related to the ratio of turning green and theorefical yield. The ratio of turning green and theoretial yield of the varieties with this band were higher than that of those without this band. The stem height and spike length of varieties with this band were higher than that of those without this band pronuncedly.
