| Abstract: | Ecological civilization is one of the four goals of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is opposite to the traditional development notion because of its dealing with ecological problems in a new way. This notion reflects the Party's changing attitude toward the relationship between people and nature, and it is the right road for the civilization development of human being. |
