摘    要:随着人本主义心理学的发展,焦虑等情感因素越来越受到重视。20世纪70年代后期及80年代,语言教育专家和研究者就开始探索如何消除语言学习中产生的焦虑问题。引发焦虑主要有两大因素:与学习者个性有关的因素,如学习者的自尊心强弱程度、心理宽容程度、自我界定的明确与否等等;与学习者外界相关的因素,如某一学习者与周围的学习者没有认同感,则焦虑程度往往很高,教师与学习者之间的交流形式和内容也可能诱发学习者的焦虑心理等。教师在教学活动中应该意识到焦虑的消极作用,从而消除学生在学习过程中产生的焦虑。

Abstract:With the development of humanistic psychology,such emotional elements as anxiety have been attached more and more importance.In late 1970's and 1980's,language education experts and investigators began to study how to eliminate anxiety in language learning.There are mainly two elements that lead to anxiety: if a learner doesn't have identification with learners around him,he will tend to be more anxious;the communicative form and content between teachers and learners may bring about learners' anxiety etc..In the process of teaching,teachers should be conscious of the negative function of anxiety to eliminate the anxiety caused in the process of learning.
