焙烧温度对Pd-Ni-La-Ce催化剂性能影响的研究

摘    要:以浸渍法制备Pd-Ni-La-Ce催化剂,考察了焙烧温度对催化剂CO、C3H8、NO活性的影响,并对催化剂进行了TPR、CO-TPD和O2-TPD表征.700℃高温焙烧后的Pd-Ni-La-Ce催化剂对CO完全转化温度是290℃,催化剂在反应温度为500℃时对C3H8、NO转化率分别达到了95%和76%.结果表明:Pd-Ni-La-Ce汽车尾气净化催化剂具有良好的CO、C3H8和NO活性以及热稳定性.

Effects of Calcining Temperature on Activities of Pd-Ni-La-Ce Catalyst

Abstract:Pd-Ni-La-Ce catalysts were prepared with impregnation method.The influence of calcining temperature on the activities of Pd-Ni-La-Ce catalysts were studied,and the characters of Pd-Ni-La-Ce catalysts were researched by TPR、CO-TPD、O2-TPD.The CO 100% converting temperature of Pd-Ni-La-Ce catalyst calcined at 700℃ is 290℃.The conversion rate of C3H8、NO is 95% and 76% when the reaction temperature is 500℃.It was found that Pd-Ni-La-Ce catalyst has higher activities and thermal stability.
