| 摘 要： | 在知识高度更新的知识经济时代，如何培养大批具有创新能力的高素质人才，已成为当前高等教育中亟待解决的问题。大学生创新能力的培养不仅需要一支具有创新素质的教师队伍，而且要不断启发学生的创新意识、塑造创新人格、建立科学的评价机制和营造有利创新人才成长的新型校园环境。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy which renews highly in the knowledge, how to train talented persons＇ innovation ability with high - quality in large numbers, higher education has becomed a current problem to be solved urgently. Training innovation ability not only needs a teacher troop with the innovation quality, but also to continue to inspire students＇innovative ideology, to shape innovation personality, to establish a science evaluation mechanism and create a new campus environment of enabling innovative people to grow. |
