| 摘 要： | 通过泰尔指数测算了实施西部大开发以来区域间就业差异，通过测算发现，区域就业总差异主要是由区间差异造成的，区间差异对区域就业总差异的贡献为56．6％，三大地区就业总差异的下降也主要是由于区间差异下降引起的。

| Abstract: | By Theil index measured the implementation of the western development region since the difference between employment through calculations found that the main difference between total employment in the region is caused by differences in the interval, the interval difference regional differences in the contribution of total employment to 56.6% , tothl employment in the three major areas of differences mainly by the decline the difference caused by the drop in the interval. |
