| Abstract: | This paper discusses that to promote the school-running standards of Qiongzhou University and ful- fill the leap development conception, scientific school-running scale and teaching quality must be developed coordinately, the construction of teaching staff, scientific research and subject must be strengthened, humancentered educational conception must be upheld and human-centered development principle must be established. |
