| Abstract: | It is a complicated system engineering to build up the harmonious society because its concern is wide, the influence is deep and various kinds of questions are difficult to interlock and clear. This article refine out four programmatic foundations of building up the harmonious society , namely the economy, the humanities, the society and politics, earnestly to elaborate construction of harmonious society of the foundation. |
