| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的构建必须推进个人的充分社会化,并使社会运行表现出理性化,而这都离不开契约理念,都依赖于社会契约关系和社会契约准则.为张扬契约理念而构建和谐社会,必须在道德观念的提升、法制的保障与引导、商品经济的推动、社会舆论的监督等方面作些努力,从而为和谐社会的构建准备精神条件.

| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious society is based on the personal sociality and rational society.Contract idea plays an active role.Social contract realation and rule play an important part in the construction of harmonious society.In order to stress contract idea and construction of harmonious society,we should try to improve moral idea,law ensuring,goods economy and supervision of public opinion,to get some spirital condition for harmonious society. |
