| 摘 要： | 社会资源的稀缺与人对资源需要的无止境追求构成了社会的一个根本矛盾。为使社会在和谐有序,而不是冲突无序的环境中发展,就要使社会资源通过协议的方式分配,就要树立合理的需要满足观,就要通过协议的民主化来保障合理的需要满足方式在社会的全面实现。

| Abstract: | The scarcity of the social resources and the human's endless pursuit for the resources form the fundamental social contradiction.For the social development to be in a harmonious,not confused environment,the social resources should be distributed through overall agreement,the concept of rational need satisfaction should be formed,and the overall realization of rational need satisfaction manner should be guaranteed with the democratization of agreement. |
