| 摘 要： | 道德文化作为一种社会治理工具,是否具有无可替代的特殊性与不可或缺的必要性,须将道德与制度进行比较才有可能厘清。通过比较可知,二者既存在诸多差异,也存在极其密切的互动关系。这些差异和互动关系表明,道德文化在社会治理方面有其独特的作用和必要性,同时也有其一定的局限性。

| Abstract: | Whether the moral culture,as a tool of administering society,is necessary must be made clear after moral and system are compared.After this comparison,there exist some differences and close relationships,which show that the moral culture plays a unique role in the social administration and at the same time has some restrictions. |
