| 摘 要： | 世界经济已经迈入模块经济时代。模块技术的高速发展与广泛应用是当今时代产业发展最为显著的特征。当前中国模块技术水平偏低、发展不均衡制约了产业结构升级。应通过加强规范政府行为、规制行政垄断、促进企业竞争等完善市场体系的方式推动模块技术的发展,从而加快产业结构升级。
