| 摘 要： | 创新创业环境对创业活动起着根本性的促进作用,同时进一步影响区域的自主创新能力。通过以优化合肥、芜湖、蚌埠三地市创业环境为突破口,对安徽省合芜蚌自主创新综试区内创业环境与自主创新能力的相关性进行了实证分析,进一步从转变政府角色、积极培育市场环境和加强基础设施建设三个方面对提升区域内自主创新能力提出了政策性建议。
