论寺院管理与开发的现代机制——以隆兴寺和柏林禅寺为例

近年来,寺院丛林不仅是传统意义上的宗教活动场所,而且日益成为广受欢迎的大众旅游景点。本文选取石家庄市附近两座具有代表性的寺院——隆兴寺和柏林禅寺为例,比较了二者在管理方式上的异同,分析了由此产生的不同管理效果及社会影响,进而提出了相应的发展思路和对策,以期对中国宗教旅游产品的开发及和谐社会的构建有所助益。

On the Modern System of Temple Management and Development A Case of Longxing Temple and Bailin Temple

In recent years temples have become not only religious places but also tourist spots loved extensively by tourists.This paper chooses two temples of Longxing Temple and Bailin Temple as a case to compare their differences and similarities in their managements as well as their different social influences.What's more,developing approaches and countermeasures are come up with to help develop tourist products and construct a harmonious society.
