| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业是一个国家或地区核心竞争力的重要标志,是带动产业结构调整和经济持续快速增长的重要力量。当前,河北省经济的发展还主要依赖于传统产业,如何加快高新技术产业的发展已成为河北省经济发展的重要问题。本文对河北省高新技术产业发展现状进行分析,指出其在区位、资源等方面的优势,然后结合统计数据,与其他省份比较,指出河北省高新技术产业发展的问题所在,并提出相关优化建议。
