| 摘 要： | 对高校图书馆数字资源建设和利用现状问题进行了分析。在此基础上提出了高校图书馆馆藏数字资源体系建设的途径：馆藏资源数字化、加强数据库建设、开发网络信息资源等;并就创新高校图书馆馆藏数字资源开发利用与管理的思路提出了设立＂馆藏数字资源期刊部＂、提高馆员信息服务能力、整合数字信息资源、提高读者馆藏数字资源利用能力等对策。
