| 摘 要： | 当前我国妇女工作呈现出机遇与挑战并存的态势,但总的来看机遇大于挑战。基于机关妇女工作面临的发展机遇以及面对的＂六大挑战＂和＂五个问题＂,提出了进一步加强和改进机关妇女工作的对策建议。

| Abstract: | At present,the authority women's work in our country has taken on a trend that both opportunity and challenge coexist,but on the whole,opportunity outweighs challenge.This article first analyzes its developing opportunity,that is,Six Challenges and Five Problems,and then puts forward some suggestions of counter-measures to enhance and improve the authority women's work. |
