榆林市日光温室平菇菌种筛选与生产技术研究

近年来,一些菇农利用日光温室栽培平菇,但其小气候与室内有很大差异,在品种选择和管理上也与室内不同。通过对13个中低温、广温、高温型平菇菌种在温室内栽培试验,从菌丝生长情况、污染率、商品质量、产量和生物转化率进行观察,结果表明,河北89、丰8、德国89产量高、质量好、抗逆性强,可做为日光温室的主要栽培品种进行推广。

In recent years,some mushroom farmers cultivate mushroom in the solar greenhouses,but there is a big difference between its climate and the indoor climate and between species selection and management.The observation of the 13 low-temperature,wide-temperature,high-temperature type mushroom species cultivated and tested in greenhouses from the perspectives of mycelial growth,the rate of pollution,the quality,the yield and the biological conversion rate leads to the results that Hebei 89,Feng 8 and Germany 89 are high in yield,good in quality and strong in resistance and can be popularized as a main cultivation species in green houses.
