| Abstract: | With the fast development of city construction,house transaction becomes more active.Hence,the real estate S/M,which provides service for the registration of housing ownership and the issuance of the House Ownership Certificates,becomes more important.On the basis of the modern market concept the real estate S/M units should see clearly the present situation of the real estate S/M market and the existing problems and then put forward the countermeasures. |
