| 摘 要： | 教师是高师英语师范生教师职业技能形成的重要人物。根据中介作用理论，我们认为，教师在师范生技能培养中应该充分发挥中介作用，通过指令性、选择性、协作性等多种方式帮助学生正确认识自己的学习目的和意义，学会自主学习，合作发展。
