我国期货市场的现状、问题与对策

随着我国市场经济的发展,我国期货市场已初步形成。作为期货市场构成要素的期货交易所,期货经纪公司、经纪人与客户都得到迅速发展。然而,由于种种原因,我国期货市场目前存在着诸如群雄并起、发展不平衡、期货市场内部管理混乱、经纪公司和经纪人水平参差不齐等问题。有鉴于上,应采取的主要对策是:成立全国统一机构,以加强对期货市场的宏观管理;加快制定对期货交易所,期货经纪公司和经纪人管理的法律、法规;以股票指数期货为重点逐步发展我国金融期货;提高参与期货市场的水平与意识。

Problems Existing in China’s Futures Market and Countermeasures to Be Taken

With the development of market economy in China, China's futures market is also beginning to come into shape. Various constituent elements such as the futures ex- change, the futures agency, the futures agent, and the futures customers, are all developing rapidly. However, there exist in China's futures market such problems as competition among institutions and individuals, imbalance in development, operational chaos inside the futures market,marked difference in the knowhow among futures agencies and agents Accrdingly,the chief countermeasures to be taken are the establishment of a national institution to strength- en the macrocontrol of the futures market, the acceleration of the legislation to govern the operation of the futures exchange, the futures agency, and the futures agent, the stage-by- stage development of China's financial futures with emphasis on stock price index futures, and the enhancement of the participation consciousness in and understanding of the futures market.
