20年来,我国民族区域自治法制建设取得了重要成就。加快少数民族和民族地区的发展,必须进一步贯彻实施《民族区域自治法》,这是发展社会主义民主政治、建设社全主义政治文明的必然要求,也是完善社会主义市场经济体制,推进民族地区经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展的必然要求。只有坚持实行民族区域自治制度和完善社会主义市场经济体制的统一,才能为民族地区全面建设小康社会提供良好的政策环境和法律保障。

The Judiciary Basis for Building a "Well-off" Society in Minority Areas

Our country has achieved a lot in building the law for self-governing.To fastening the development in minority areas,we must carry out the Law for Autonomy in Minority Areas.It is the request for both building socialist political civilization and perfecting socialist market economic system,promoting coordinated and sustainable development in full swing in the minority economic society.We can only stick to consolidating the implementing autonomy system in minority areas and perfecting socialist market economic system,can we provide building a well-off society in minority areas with good policy environment and judiciary guarantee.
