| 摘 要： | 行断(line-breaks),顾名思义,就是将诗断成行。它是一个保持不变的英诗的特征,一个区分现代英诗与散文的本质特征,英诗被散文同化的最后一道防线,在自由诗和散文诗占主导的现代英诗中是否有其存在的价值。本文通过探讨英诗与散文的界限,目前英诗的趋势来讨论放弃行断的可能性。

This paper discusses the value of line-breaks in much free verse in English poetry and the possibility of dispensing with them. |
