上海市大学生就业区域流向的实证研究

目前，上海市大学生就业流向在区域上很不均衡，而且在流向区域内就业单位的分布也呈现不同的特点。以2011上海市大学生的就业数据为样本数据，使用二项Logistic回归模型分析影响高校毕业生就业区域流向因素，选用线性回归模型研究在上海市就业对毕业生就业薪资的影响。结果表明：上海市生源毕业生流入量远远大于流出量，非本地生源在上海就业的毕业生大多来自中西部地区及经济发展落后地区，较高的薪资收入是高校毕业生流向上海市就业的重要原因。分析结果可以针对不同地区特点提出各自的解决方案，针对大学生就业难采取相应的措施，这样能够最快地缓解上海市目前高校毕业生就业压力。

An Empirical Study on Employment Regional Flows of Shanghai College Graduates

Shanghai graduate employment regional distribution is uneven,and distribution of employment units shows different characteristics.This paper takes 2011 Shanghai college students' employment data as sample data,uses binomial Logistic regression model to analyze factors influencing university graduates,employment location preferences,and chooses to study the influence of graduates' employment on their wages.The results are:Students from Shanghai almost all choose to work in Shanghai;Students who are not from Shanghai but are working in Shanghai are mostly from central and western regions or economically backward regions;higher wages are an important reason for the influx of university graduates into Shanghai.According to the characteristics of different regions,we can propose corresponding solutions and take appropriate measures to deal with the employment problem.In this way we can ease university graduates' employment pressure of Shanghai.
